“Our courses are open to motivated participants who wish to learn more about the lives of cetaceans. Everyone must respect the rules of group life on board and follow my guidance to protect the animals and their environment. These courses offer an introduction to the intimate lives of dolphins, inspired by my own field experience in Bunbury, Australia, in 1992. Understanding cetaceans takes many forms. Trainee profile

Minimum age 14. Medical certificate of less than 3 months asked for the ability to swim in white water (lifejackets are provided).

Food

We adapt our trips to the culture of the host country. Our meals are preferably vegetarian but we adapt the menu.

DOLPHIN ETHOLOGY COURSE — ERIC DEMAY / NGO TURSIOPS.

Price: €1,800 per person, excluding flights and tips.  Open to participants aged 14 and over who are in good physical health. A valid passport is required.

A €900 deposit secures your booking and includes TURSIOPS membership. The balance is due three months before the course begins.



Included: accommodation on a boat suited to snorkelling; food and drinks on board; crew and cook; snorkelling encounters with dolphins, subject to conditions and respect for the animals; nights in a sheltered lagoon; government and national park fees.


The boat leaves on the first or second day and returns to port on the last day at around 3 p.m. Airport transfers can be arranged; please contact us for details.
